Advise clients on property investment strategy, portfolio review, and Gulf acquisition opportunities. Minimum 2 years real estate advisory experience required.
Site Engineer / Project Manager
Manage construction projects and supervise sites on behalf of clients. Civil engineering background required. Experience with BOQ preparation is a strong advantage.
Property Manager
Manage tenant relationships, rent collection, and maintenance coordination for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Strong communication and documentation skills required.
Interior Designer
Design residential and commercial interiors from concept to execution. Proficiency in 3D visualization tools required. Portfolio of executed projects essential.
Real Estate Digital Marketer
Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Property Portals for real estate clients. Must understand lead generation metrics and be able to report on cost-per-lead and conversion.
Property Lawyer / Legal Associate
Handle property documentation, due diligence, and lease agreements. LLB required. Experience specifically in property law and Pakistani land registration processes essential.
